Julia's massage practice has grown out of a fusion of life experiences - massaging her parents, experiencing injury as a dancer, working as a Social Worker, having fertility treatment and becoming a mother. Julia's approach is intuitive, healing, releasing tension and anxiety, combining massage, acupressure, reiki and relaxation.
Massage during pregnancy can be extremely therapeutic and throughout history has been an integral part of birth preparation. It can be of great physical and emotional benefit. Julia offers treatments at the Hub using the BumpBag, ( a large beanbag for for your whole body, with a hole for your bump) which allows you to lie on your front, side or back for total relaxation.
